Covenant Christian High School

The girls basketball team had a season to remember. The Warriors were led by a strong core group of seniors that provided leadership and significant contributions on and off the court. Team goals are always a priority before individual accomplishments. This team came together for multiple noteworthy accomplishments. First, the girls team grew in the win column from last season with 17 wins-the most for the program since the 2019-2020 season and 9 more victories than last season. Early in the season, the Warriors made a statement by winning the North Putnam Tournament. They continued their success by advancing to their 2nd straight City Tournament Semi Final appearance. Finally, the Warriors wrapped up their season by advancing to the Sectional 42 championship and lost a tough battle to conference foe Monrovia Bulldogs. The Warriors look forward to building on this season's success next year.
