Several CCHS Athletes Sign LOI

The Athletic Department is pleased to recognize several Covenant senior athletes that signed their national letters of intent this year to compete athletically next year at the collegiate level.  Typically, CCHS would hold a signing ceremony to recognize these student athletes, but this year’s signing night had to be canceled due to the pandemic.  

Summer/Fall Updates — June 14, 2020

As you all know, we have been experiencing very unusual times in the last 3+ months.  We hopefully are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as we are nearing what we hope will be a return to campus for summer workouts in July and the school year and Fall sports in August. 

CCC All-Academic Award Winners

The Athletic Department is very pleased to announce the 2019-20 Circle City Conference All-Academic Award winners from CCHS.  The CCC recognizes seniors who have competed on varsity athletic rosters while compiling a minimum 3.8 grade point average over seven semesters.  The award winners each year will receive a certificate recognizing this accomplishment. Boys Soccer Upset by Attucks in City Quarters

The Boys Soccer team controlled much of their City Tournament quarterfinal match versus Crispus Attucks HS on Saturday, but could not find the back of the net, ending in a 1-0 upset loss to the Tigers. IHSAA Releases State Soccer Tournament Brackets

The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) released the draw for the 2019 Boys and Girls State Soccer Tournaments via a webcast of the Tournament Pairings Show on the IHSAA Champions Network (ihsaatv.org) on Sunday night.  2019 will mark the 26th time that the IHSAA has fielded a state tournament in soccer.  IHSAA Media Release

Two Late Goals Sink Boys Soccer
