The Girls Tennis season ended on Tuesday in the IHSAA Regional #3 semifinal, falling to Zionsville CHS 5-0.  ZCHS moved on to face Park Tudor in the regional final, losing to the Panthers 5-0. Senior Abby Highsmith attended the Tamika Catchings “Catch the Stars” Scholar Athlete Dinner on Friday, May 17. Highsmith received a $20,000 scholarship from the Ciara Arts and Science Foundation. Softball Wins Back-to-Back Sectional Titles

The Softball team (15-7-1) had to battle down to the final outs of Thursday’s IHSAA Sectional #58 final versus Bethesda Christian, but CCHS rallied to walk off a 7-6  win over the Lady Patriots to win their second straight sectional title. The game started as a back-and-forth affair.  CCHS manufactured two runs to lead 2-0. 

Girls Tennis Wins Back-to-Back Sectional Titles

The Girls Tennis team defeated host Ben Davis HS 3-2 to win Sectional #9, their second straight sectional titles.  The sectional title is the fourth in program history, and marks the second consecutive year that the Lady Warriors defeated the Lady Giants 3-2.
