The Boys Tennis team improved their season record to 4-5 with a 4-1 win over westside neighbor Ben Davis HS last night.  The win bodes well for the Warriors, as they have now beaten all of the sectional opponents on their regular season schedule.

A day after CCHS lost a tight 2-3 Circle City Conference match to Heritage Christian, Senior Luke Susud won in a 6-0, 6-0 sweep at #1 Singles.  Sophomore Brenner Lampton took Covenant’s only loss at #2 Singles, 5-7, 4-6.  Junior Joseph Bird took the #3 Singles flight with a 6-1, 6-4 victory.  Juniors Matthew Wilson and Graham Shelton swept at #1 Doubles, 6-0, 6-0, while Junior Kyle Burris and Sophomore Jerry Chen won #2 Doubles 6-1, 6-0.

The Warriors are back on Emmick Family Courts on Thursday afternoon as they host the International School of Indiana at 4:30 pm.
